1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Bitflix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Final Terms must be counsel-approved before public launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any age gates Bitflix publishes for specific surfaces. Child-safety rules are non-negotiable.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, safety policy, or law.
4. Creator content and rights
Creators retain ownership of original work they upload or author, subject to the limited licenses needed to host, process, display, and distribute that work on Bitflix. Exact publish-grant language (what Bitflix may do with published works) will be finalized by counsel and surfaced at publish time before any public creator publish flow goes live.
5. AI-assisted creation
Bitflix provides AI-assisted tools (including Ariel) that call third-party model providers. Outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
6. Credits, billing, and memberships
Where credits or paid memberships are enabled, purchases are subject to the payment provider terms and any DPDP billing consent shown in-product. Refund and chargeback rules will be finalized with counsel and the payment operator before paid launch in each market.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Bitflix for illegal activity, exploitation of minors, CSAM, harassment, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety, billing, or access controls. We investigate reports and may preserve evidence for law enforcement where required.
8. Intellectual property claims
Copyright and related claims may be submitted through the DMCA / IP claim intake at /legal/dmca. Backend processing of those claims is being completed for launch.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Counsel will supply the governing-law, disclaimer, and limitation-of-liability sections appropriate to Bitflix's operating entities (including India soft-launch considerations). Do not rely on this draft for liability allocation.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or email where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms once a final version is published.
